We are looking for a dynamic individual to help manage and provide service at a 10 guest all-inclusive fly fishing lodge on the Madison river located 18 miles south of Ennis, MT. The ideal candidate will work closely with our lodge manager and executive chef. Employment begins in late April and continues through October. Due to the small size of the lodge, the ideal candidate must wear a “lot of hats”. Responsibilities include greeting guests and providing services throughout their stay including hosting, basic bartending, property management, housekeeping and assisting our executive chef with meal presentation and dinner services. We are interested in both part time and full time candidates. Candidates with housing between near Ennis or Cameron, MT are preferred by onsite housing is also a possibility. This could also be an option for a 2 person couple.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of hospitality experience preferred
Experience in fine dining meal service is preferred but not required
Excellent communication skills and the comfort to interact with guests in roll as host/hostess
Excellent organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Hosting guests
Communicating guest needs with the chef and fishing guides
Assisting the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in executing meal services
Assisting with housekeeping
Expected hours 20-30 if part time or 40-55 if full time
