Cook 1 - Sous Chef

Searching for a qualified Cook 1 - Sous Chef candidate, for a French Restaurant in downtown Bozeman. Ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of progressive dining experience within kitchens. Understands the standard operating procedures of running a kitchen. Scope of work would include, inventory management, menu development and execution, health standards compliance, training, mentoring, is trustworthy and is willing to lead a small team. Is focused on developing a positive work culture and has a can do attitude in regards to running the day to day operation. Looking for a candidate that can work weekends. That wants to be a part of something bigger. Will welcome guest chefs and is able to work under pressure.
