The CDT Front End Service Manager manages all aspects of Front End operations and staff at Co-op Downtown (CDT) with a focus on creating exceptional customer experiences. Ensure effective and efficient department operations; promote excellent service, accuracy, safety, and a positive, supportive work environment. Work closely with the Store Manager and Kitchen Manager to meet objectives for sales, margins, labor, and service, consistent with organizational goals.
