Beertender needed to serve beer, wine, sodas, and prep/serve easy snack menu in a relaxed, casual neighborhood bar environment.
We are just N of MSU campus, next to Colombo's Pizza. Looking for someone with an upbeat, friendly attitude, who can work well alone or with a small team. Pay is $13+tips to start, with a pay increase available after 3 months of good performance. We are open from 2-10pm M-F and 12-10pm Sat, closed Sunday.
Responsibilities include:
- Engaging customers with a positive attitude
- Developing knowledge of beer and wine
- Serving beer, wine, sodas, and snacks
- Opening and closing front and back of house (small, simple kitchen)
- Keeping things clean and stocked in the kitchen, behind the bar, small bathroom, and around the customer space.
- Running POS (cash and cards)
Applicant must:
- Have, or be able to obtain, a valid Montana Alcoholic Server Certification
- Be 18+ years old
- Have a flexible schedule for 2-3 shifts per week (pick up shifts available also)
- Ability to lift/drag up to 30 lbs.
