The Assistant Banquet Chef is responsible for supporting the Banquet Chef in all aspects of their job, and acts as the manager in their absence. We are seeking someone with deep kitchen and service experience. This person does it all.prepares banquet meals, prep, dish, expo! Our Banquet Hall is busy year round, so we are seeking to fill a long term position.
