Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bozeman West is now hiring for a Morning Front Desk Agent. Must demonstrate solid customer service, communication and problem solving skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing excellent guest experience throughout guest stay
- Creating accurate reservations and receipts
- Coordinating with other hotel departments
- Handling guest requests
- Cash and credit card handling

Shifts are 7 am to 3 pm. This position is 4 to 5 shifts per week. Pay starts at $13.50 - $14.00 per hour. We will pay more for experience. Review and raise after probation period of 180 days. Experience with hotel property management systems preferred but we are willing to train the right person.
