Office Assistant
Job Overview:
In the role of Office Assistant, the right candidate will offer support to both the Marketing and Business departments at Paine Group. This role can expect to work 15-20 hours a week in a flexible office setting. The role will require an outgoing and self motivated individual eager to learn and take a hands on approach to the tasks delegated to them.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Monitoring and managing the company’s social media platforms and adjusting outreach tactics as needed
Designing marketing and promotional newsletters, flyers, online posts via In Design or other graphic design software
Collecting and maintaining business verifications for multiple business entities
File organization and Google Drive management
Content creation for use on multiple social media platforms
Editing and updating multiple business websites
Collecting and analyzing data to identify consumer trends
New employee paperwork
Accounting reconciliations
Qualifications
Education level - Bachelor's Degree
Experience - An individual who has worked in both a social and professional setting preferred
Specific skills - Graphic Design preferably with Adobe Suite/InDesign, social media content creation, tech savvy, highly familiar with Google Suite, familiar with ADP and different accounting softwares
Personal characteristics - Outgoing, eager to learn and works well in a laid back yet high pace environment
Salary | Compensation based on experience
