Diamond Truss is currently seeking an experienced Office Manager in Ralston, Wyoming. An Office Manager performs routine clerical administrative functions such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper, or providing information to callers. Responsibilities for an Administrative Assistant include but are not limited to the following:

Maintain paper and filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material

Answer office telephone and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals

Locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies

Greet office visitors and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person based on their needs

Open, read, route, and distribute incoming mail or other materials and answer routine letters

Complete forms in accordance with company procedures

Ability to maintain and organize customer files, invoices, sensitive company financial data, and other operational records is required

Thorough knowledge of Speed Sheets; Word, Excel, Outlook and Quick books.

Professional attitude. Able to handle busy office and stressful work environment.

Office Management: Managing the operation of our office as the contact for vendors, service providers, purchasing office supplies and other goods (paper products, warehouse supplies, seasonal cheer etc.)

The Office Manager position at is multifaceted requiring experience in many Office Management. The Office Manager will be responsible for assuring the day-to-day operations and efficiencies of the organization.

In addition to the Operational responsibilities, this position requires strong Office Management skills. As the Office Manager, this individual is responsible for organizing and supervising the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth operation of an office environment.
