King’s Cupboard, a leading national manufacturer of premium chocolate and caramel sauces in Red Lodge, MT is hiring a production cook. This is a full-time, 10 hours per day, 4 days per week position (Monday-Thursday) 4:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Some, infrequent overtime is possible. Assists with batch production processes in a commercial kitchen. Loads kettles, manages cooking process, performs sanitation procedures (dishwashing, line sanitizing, equipment washdown, etc.), moves and measures materials. Must have the ability to perform repetitive lifting of ingredients and materials. This position is very active and requires significant standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling and the ability to lift and move items up to 60 lbs.
