The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready for occupancy, answering service requests, maintaining/repairing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, small/large appliances and some light interior/exterior painting when needed.
To qualify you must have 2+ years experience in building maintenance, strong verbal communication skills, be able to lift up to 80lbs, push/pull up to 200lbs, and have a valid driver's license, insurance and a vehicle.
