(FT only)-Employee Assistance Program!-Employee Referral Program!-Flexible Schedules!Pay Range: $16.00-$20.00Performs daily cleaning of facility floors to ensure an attractive, clean, and sanitary environment in accordance with laws, regulations and facility guidelines.Essential Functions:Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Maintains attractive and clean floors by sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, stripping and refinishing, and burnishing floors on a regular basis.Closely follows daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.Performs floor cleaning functions in lobbies, dining rooms, waiting rooms, activity areas, and other areas as assigned.Monitors inventory of floor supplies.Reports any repairs needed to floor equipment to immediate supervisor.Cleans all types of blood and body fluids as directed.Clean equipment and work areas as assigned by Manager.Participates in activities related to ensuring a clean and safe environment.Be knowledgeable of Federal, State, and facility’s rules, regulations, policies and procedures.Attend in-service educational programs.Follow defined safety codes while performing all duties.Understand facility’s fire and disaster plans; follow established procedures during drills and actual emergencies.Perform other department duties assigned by the Housekeeping/EVS or designee.Other Duties:Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
