Job Title: Quality SupervisorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Quality Supervisor to interpret and implement quality assurance standards, communicate effectively with various departments, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, production, or manufacturing environments and possess excellent problem-solving skills.Responsibilities
Interpret and implement quality assurance standards.
Communicate with Engineering, Purchasing, and other departments during the production process.
Write quality assurance policies and procedures.
Perform quality assurance functions to coordinate, monitor, and report quality-assurance studies according to the QA plan.
Monitor non-conforming deviations, follow-up procedures, and report monthly and year-to-date comparisons.
Promote a safe work environment and adhere to all safety rules.
Assist the operations manager with records form revisions and procedures.
Arrive to work, meetings, and other work-related functions on time and as scheduled.
Stay informed about current QA regulations and communicate any new or revised regulations to the operations manager.
Compile statistical data and write narrative reports summarizing quality assurance findings.
Review testing, quality control, and other reports for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with requirements.
Maintain current and accurate records of all relevant communications, audits, corrective action plans, and effectiveness monitoring.
Review, track, and communicate information regarding process variations and quality control samples as required by laboratory quality assurance procedures.
Interact with organizational team members and other departments in a professional manner.
Serve as a member of various employee and organizational committees (e.g., Safety Committee).
Ensure all received materials conform to counterfeit prevention program requirements.

Experience with CAD and CAM software (e.g., Solid Edge and Gibbs CAM)

Flexibility and ability to prioritize duties
Effective verbal, written, and communication skills
Valid driver’s license
