What you will be doing:Ensuring safe crew, vessel, and tow operations through usage of Ingram’s and Custom Fuel safety systems, including audits, drills, investigation, safety contacts and safety log postingsManaging fueling operations including but not limited to fuel, lube, slop and water transfers as well as all other aspects of CFS fueling and supply operationsAssisting in inspection and maintenance of the boat, both externally and internallyProviding navigation assistance as directed by the captainAssisting in carrying out barge inspections and maintenanceResponsible for facility housekeeping and maintenance , supply requisitions and inventory controlAssisting in the safe operation of forklift, crane, and any other equipment that is needed in the operations of Custom FuelEnsuring efficient and safe fueling operations through compliance with all USCG, Custom Fuel Service and IBCO policies and proceduresMaintaining necessary paperwork and/or document to ensure compliance with policies and proceduresResponsible for personal hygiene and cleanlinessAssisting in facing and unfacing the boat from the barges as neededWorking safely and comply with all safety rules and work practices
