Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
The Reverse Osmosis (RO) Lead provides service in the quality control, repair, modification and
cleaning of, or membrane replacement of, as required for multiple Reverse Osmosis (RO)
equipment and associated pretreatment units including media filtration and micro filtration.Completes duties and tasks as directed by site leadership reporting, to production supervisor.Oversee the maintenance and operation of various water treatment technologies, including reverse osmosis (RO), ultrafiltration (UF), and Gas Transfer Membrane (GTM) systems.Lead the diagnosis and resolution of mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to ensure optimal equipment performance.Ensure all activities comply with ISO quality procedures, maintaining accurate documentation throughout the service process.Uphold and enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations, promoting a culture of safety within the team.Provide training to team members on equipment operation, maintenance procedures, and safety protocols.Delivers external customer satisfaction through on-time preparation; through continuous improvement initiatives and value-added projects that will insure quality of equipment completed while considering cycle timesPractices good safety procedures to keep self and others injury freeProvides excellent housekeeping practices in RO maintenance area and tool storage area to include timely cleanup of work area after each task is completedCoordinates with Materials Control to insure proper inventory and ordering of replacement items to minimize downtime of unitsMaintains related specialized equipment, Field Technician, and safety kits for shipment to customer locationLead team on shift to meet production requirements, reporting, equipment checksAttend calls as assigned by supervisorOther duties as assigned
