Delivery, Driver, Part Time

Immediate opening for a delivery driver for a hardware store, located in the central west end of St. Louis. Store hours are Mon-Fri. and hours are flexible, but generally 8:00 am -1:00-2:00 pm or sometimes later. Deliveries are to the STL metropolitan area primarily driving a Chevy 2500 pick up truck which is maintained in excellent condition. Driver must have clean driving record, and also be able to handle some building materials, generally 50 lbs bags on an ocassional basis. We are considered an interesting, friendly, and relatively informal place to work, and can accomodate an employees needs which may come up. If possible we prefer the candidate apply in person. The compensation is at the prevailing wage for this position and can be discussed at the time of an interview, either in person, by email or phone. We are not able to offer other benefits.The position may also entail "waiting on store customers" as needs may arise, due to other employees time off. We would offer training in this regard.
