This position requires someone that enjoys dealing with the customers directly. It is best suited for someone outgoing and at the same time keep the pace the job requires. It is a fast moving job and there is lifting involved.

FUNCTION: Assist in running a route with the ability to move into your own route.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Drive shredding truck to/from customer locations
· Pick up customer documents for shredding onsite
· Give feedback about daily routes to dispatcher
· Obtain signatures
· Operate shredding equipment
· Lift and load boxes onto truck
· Inspect trucks for cleanliness, damage and maintenance prevention on a daily basis
· Ensure fluid levels are topped off daily
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Driving experience 70 mile radius of St. Louis, MO
· Clean driving record and class "E" or greate license a must
· Current valid DOT Medical card
· Ability to lift 50-100 lb boxes throughout the workday
· Driver must be at least 21 years of age
· Must have minimum of 2 years driving experience
· A drug test and full background check are conducted
· Random drug testing required by DOT
OTHER:
· Monday-Friday
· Full time 40-50 HRS per week
· Varied start time and finish time depending upon workday
· Some overtime necessary during peak periods
· Required to wear company-issued uniform throughout the workday
· Ability to work well under deadlines
· Confidentiality and discretion a must
