Schiber Truck Company is seeking a reliable and hard working full time local hazmat driver for its Hartford, IL terminal. The position will be pulling vans trailers along with a variety of specialized tankers. The position we are trying to fill is Tuesday - Saturday and usually home early afternoon Saturday.
We offer a full benefits package including health, dental and life insurance along with a very competitively matched 401K program. We have 9 paid holidays, paid vacations based on years of service, paid training and offer a 4% safety bonus to our drivers as well. Typical pay for the position is $80,000+. Mileage pay for all running miles, and all loading and unloading time is paid hourly.
Applicants MUST have a safe and clean driving record and possess a CURRENT class A CDL with CURRENT hazmat and tanker endorsements and at least 2 years class A experience.
