We are looking for experienced, honest, reliable and hard working full-time TUCKPOINTER/ APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECH. for a permanent position ( Mon-Fri, 9:00a-4:30p) to tuckpoint, repair stone/brick, as well as do apartment maintenance. Must be able to do all aspects of apartment maintenance when weather requires.
SALARY starts at $22-26+/ hour for experienced candidate. Excellent opportunity for pay increase.

Ideal candidate job description (but not all required): Mixing mortars including those for historic building repair. Brick removal. Brick laying. Stone removal. Maintain own supply of hand tools associated with the trade. Operate variety of power tools including high speed grinders and impact hammers.
