Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Here's what you’ll do in this role:

Conduct onsite assessments for storm damage to residential properties.

Educate homeowners about the insurance restoration process and guide them through their options.

Collaborate with the production team to deliver reliable and timely roofing solutions.

Build rapport with every client to create long-term relationships and foster customer satisfaction.

Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in roofing technology.
