Job Title: Roofing Technician (Repair and Inspection)
Job Overview: As a Roofing Technician specializing in repairs and inspections, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the integrity of roofs. Responsibilities:
1. Roof Inspections:

Document inspection findings and provide detailed reports on the roof's condition.
Assess the overall performance and lifespan of roofing materials.
2. Roof Repairs:
Execute timely and effective repairs on various roofing systems, including flat roofs, pitched roofs, and shingle roofs.
Replace or repair damaged shingles, flashing, and other roofing components.
Address leaks and water damage promptly to prevent further deterioration.
3. Material and Equipment Knowledge:
Stay informed about the latest roofing materials, technologies, and repair techniques.
Utilize a variety of tools and equipment, including but not limited to, roofing nailers, saws, drills, and safety gear.
4. Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while working at heights.
Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure the safety of yourself and others on the job site.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Roofing Technician or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of various roofing materials, installation methods, and repair techniques.
Ability to work at heights and navigate various types of roofs.
Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
Valid driver's license.
Education and Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent.
