-25 sq remove & install
-180 linear ft. Ice & water (all valleys, gutter runs, & around chimney
-225 linear ft. Drip edge
-30 linear ft. Step flashing / chimney flashing.
-3 roof louvers & 4 Aluminum vent & pipe flashing
Sub-Contractor must have WC & GL Insurance Certifications & references
All materials will be on site & delivered Monday the 18th so anytime after that is a go for start.
