We're looking for skilled, reliable, and experienced technicians to join our growing team! If you’ve worked in apartment maintenance, property turns, or residential remodeling — we want to talk to you.
We provide maintenance and full make-ready services for apartment communities and single-family rental properties. From quick turnovers to detailed repairs, we help property managers get their units rent-ready — fast.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Performing unit turns and make-ready repairs
- Light plumbing and electrical work
- Drywall repair, patching, and painting
- Flooring installation or touch-ups
- Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues
- Collaborating with managers and project leads
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of hands-on maintenance or make-ready experience
- Strong skills in multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, drywall, paint, flooring, etc.)
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
