What is a "Technician Hero"? Check the list below
1) You are technically skilled and experienced in a wide range of residential equipment. You enjoy learning, keep your knowledge current and take pride in being at the top of your profession.
2) You have either a St. Louis County license or a minimum of + 5 years of in-field HVAC service and installation experience with a licensed HVAC company.
3) You are able to walk into a client's home and have them feel immediately at ease with your professional demeanor and your ability to focus on their needs in a kind, empathetic and communicative manner.
4) You are honest, diligent, polite, communicative, constantly learning and a team player.
If you meet these criteria then we know you are in demand and we'd like to meet you to see if we'd be a match.

We Offer:
Great Pay consistent with Experience! $30 to $50 + per hour depending on licensing and experience.
You will have a guaranteed paycheck all year. No sitting at home in February without a paycheck!
