Home Maintenance Tech/Handyman Needed - $30-$50/Hr.
Looking for a well rounded handyman for our St. Louis properties. We have around 150 properties in the city and surrounding areas.
Usual Work Includes:
- Light Plumbing
- Light Electrical
- Flooring (LVP)
- Drywall (will need to paint too)
- Roofing
-Siding/fascia/soffit
It will not be full time work. We pay per job and pay weekly. It is around 10 work orders/wk. after a strong relationship is established.
