The Job:
Collecting all information sources to assess accuracy and completeness.
Communication with Owner to discuss questions and ensure awareness of due dates, and updates.
Maintain high personal quality control to ensure that only the highest quality of work is being completed.
Assure fabrics are sewn within the requested finish and to the correct size.
The Person:
Must have 3 years of experience working with bridal gowns
Must be able to work with industrial machinery
Perform quality alterations on merchandise at store location
Follow ticket instructions and markings based on Guest specifications
Assure fabrics are sewn within the requested finish and to the correct size
Meet deadlines and Guest expectations for merchandise alterations
Must have a team focused and positive attitude and want to produce a high-quality product
Ability to communicate effectively
Able to work effectively under pressure
Ability and willingness to learn
Must be detail oriented
Ability to work flexible hours and overtime if needed.
Daily communication with Owner regarding job assignments/ status/ completions.
Maintain high personal quality control to ensure that only the highest quality products are presented to customer
Education
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Additional Requirements
A sew test will be required.
