Job Description
Day-to-day Maintenance of a Storage Facility
Cleaning,Repairing and Maintaining units/property
General knowledge in Electrical, Plumbing, Construction and General Maintenance
Knowledge of hand tools, power tools and maintenance equipment
All tools, uniforms and equipment provided by facility
Ensure the facility meets the highest standards
Work with other maintenance staff to ensure all repairs are achieved in a timely manner
Work independently on daily tasks
Work outdoors/indoors in all seasons
Qualifications
Maintenance Experience Needed
Be customer focused and willing to work as part of a team
Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Pass background and drug test
