Construction Superintendent needed to oversee commercial construction projects ranging in size from 3 to 30 million dollars on average in the Saint Louis, mid Missouri and southern Illinois area.
Applicant must have a minimum of ten years experience in the commercial general contracting market. Types of projects include school buildings, office buildings, military and private commercial facilities.
Strong communication and organizational skills are required along with basic computer knowledge and record keeping. Honesty and integrity must be a natural instinct to fit in at K&S Associates.
