Key Responsibilities:
Perform regular maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems, including refrigeration, air conditioning, heating units, and ventilation systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC equipment, providing effective solutions to ensure minimal downtime.
Conduct inspections to ensure HVAC systems are operating efficiently and safely.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair work, including parts used and time spent.
Collaborate with the brewing and operations teams to ensure optimal environmental conditions for beer production and storage.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new HVAC systems and components as needed.
Take on the repair and maintenance of other brewery equipment as needed, broadening your technical skills.
Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Provide emergency repair services during off-hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in HVAC systems is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including refrigeration, heating, and air conditioning.
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with team members and vendors.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
EPA certification is a plus.
