We are looking for an experienced jeweler to join our accessories brand on a piecework basis. This role involves finishing and cleaning up castings of buckles and other small hardware, primarily in brass, white brass, and sterling silver. There may also be some soldering and hand-forging tasks.
Responsibilities:
Finish and clean castings of hardware (buckles, small parts) in various metals (brass, white brass, sterling silver)
Potential for soldering and hand-forging work
Apply patinas and other finishing methods taught during initial training
Ensure quality and consistency in each piece
Requirements:
Experience as a jeweler or metal worker
Access to your own bench and tools
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Detail-oriented with a high standard of craftsmanship
Comfortable with training on our specific methods and patinas
Compensation:
Piecework – fixed price per piece, with the potential to earn based on output.
