Monday - Friday 8 to 5! No Weekends!
Veteran Owned! A new independently owned and operated Maaco Collision Repair and Auto Painting franchisee is seeking to hire an experienced Painterwith a minimum of 5 years of experience (preferred). Candidate must be able to work at production shop pace anddemonstrate concern for quality workmanship. Experience in single stage and base coat/clear coat finishes is preferred. Dependability and ability to adapt are necessary for the right candidate. I-Car and OE certifications and leadership skills are a plus. Workdays and hours are Monday - Friday 8 to 5. No weekends! Responsibilities - Auto Body Painter:
Prepare vehicle for paint, mix and test paint colors, and paint auto parts, panels, body, etc.
Monitor painting, identify flaws and correct them
Inspect painted surfaces for quality workmanship
Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Requirements - Auto Body Painter:
5 years of Auto Body Painter experience ispreferred
Experience in single stage and base coat/clear coat finishes is preferred
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
A positive attitude and good work ethic
Detail oriented
Valid driver's license
High school diploma or equivalent
