Remote / VirtualThis is an opportunity to join the Talent Acquisition team at Ascension as the National Google Ads Specialist. In this role, you will develop, manage, optimize and report on national Paid Search, Display, and Video campaigns to attract and convert talent for careers across Ascension. You will have the opportunity to own and build upon the national Google Ads campaigns, and partner with the Ascension Marketing team on Paid Media Buys through additional channels. This role has become available due to internal team growth. What You Will Do:- Set-up and manage day-to-day operations of Google Ads campaigns (inclusive of Search, Display and Video) for recruitment initiatives across Ascension
- Utilize tools such as Google Trends and Google keyword planner to prepare for campaign launches and build campaign strategies
- Analyze key performance indicators for campaigns and provide reports on a regular basis
- Maintain the fiscal year budget strategy across campaigns and allocate where appropriate to achieve campaign goals
- Using Google Analytics, collaborate with other members of the Talent Acquisition Promotions team to provide combined campaign reporting across all media channels
- Develop strong relationships with vendors and internal business partners
- Contribute to project implementation conversations and make recommendations that support the strategic vision for recruitment and organizational initiatives
- Research and leverage industry insights, trends, and best practices to drive strategic recommendations for digital marketing
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
- 3 years of experience preferred.
- 3+ years developing and managing large scale SEM / Google Ad campaigns across multiple markets preferred
- Experience with Google Analytics (including GA4) and Google Tag Manager preferred
- Google Analytics and Google Ads certifications in Search, Display, and Video a plus
- Experience with the set up and management of additional Paid Media display, print, text, audio and other mediums a plus
- Keen attention to detail for campaign development and ongoing optimization, strong analytic skills for in-depth reporting, and collaboration skills to work across functions for overall campaign success preferred
