World Wide Technology, Inc. (WWT) currently has an opening for an Associate Analyst - IT Material Planning as a part of our Internal IT Application Services Team in St. Louis, MO

Job Responsibilities:
  • Work with business and cross-functional IT Teams to understand WWT's supply chain processes (specifically order management, purchasing, and material planning)
  • Gather business requirements, create design documentation, perform system setup (Boundary and custom applications), and prepare gap/interface functional specifications
  • Analyze data flow within the Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud and various boundary and custom web applications.
  • Participate on major projects and complex assignments with broad and ambiguous scope
  • Work on production support, enhancements, and implementation projects to support WWT business operations
  • Provide demonstrations and training to end-users and stakeholders for any enhancements of project releases
  • Define test conditions and test scripts to ensure system stability, validity, and data integrity
  • Create training documents, QA flows and work instructions so that solutions developed can be used by end users.
  • Work in an agile team - plan, prioritize, design, test and coordinate end to end delivery of solutions
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, Supply Chain or a technical related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in performing business or system analysis
  • Ability to understand user requirements and translate that into technical requirements.
  • Fundamental understanding of SQL and PL/SQL and relational database.
  • Knowledge of Advanced Supply Chain Planning or other supply chain modules is preferred
  • Autonomous and self-motivated - execute on requirements both independently and with team collaboration
  • Ability to work and collaborate with business, and cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
  • Ability to thrive in a very agile environment with evolving requirements
  • Ability to be innovative, have outside-the-box creativity, and present alternative ideas functionally and technically
