Job Description:
A&M Roofing and Exteriors is looking to add 2-3 experienced Sales Representatives to our team! We are looking for motivated, energetic, independent individuals to assist homeowners with their insurance claims, estimates, and repairs.
You will spend majority of time targeting, developing, and maintaining relationships with clients on their residential and/or commercial exterior projects.
You will assist customers with filing claims with their insurance company and meet with the insurance adjuster to assess damage to be covered.
You will educate customers on; insurance claim process, construction process, various materials available, upgrades available, and estimate pricing to provide customers with full understanding of their options. You will also thoroughly review our contract documents with the customer to set expectations and provide full transparency and understanding upfront.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads by door knocking and networking while also managing leads provided by the office.
Perform exterior home inspections to identify storm damage.
Assist homeowner through insurance claim process.
Provide homeowner with education and recommendations for solutions based on findings.
Conduct sales presentations, provide estimates, and close deals with homeowners.
Build and maintain rapport and trust with homeowners.
Maintain constant communication with customers, office staff, and insurance adjusters as needed.
Manage your pipeline through our CRM (JobNimbus).
Requirements:
Experience in sales and customer service (required)
Strong closing abilities
Excellent communication skills
Detail oriented and organized
Proactive self-starter
Positive attitude
Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships, and network
Must be willing to self-generate leads as well as running office provided leads
Willingness to travel 75% on the road
Must be physically able to climb a ladder to access roof
