Job Title:Outside Medical Sales Representative - AAT Woundcare

Position Type:Independent Contractor (1099)

5 Open Locations:Mid-Atlantic, MidWest, SouthEast, SouthWest, Southern California

Background:

An established and fast-growing medical company in the wound care and tissue regeneration field is looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to become the newest member of our growing Sales Team. The company is promoting a leading product currently on the market in the wound care space.

Position Summary:

As an Outside Sales Representative specializing in AAT Wound Care's Bioactive wound solution, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders within the wound care and regenerative tissue space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, medical sales and/or related medical experience. An understanding of the current wound care landscape is not required, but preferred.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

Identify and target potential clients within the the wound care, podiatry, internal medicine and family practioner space.

Contribute their experience and insights to enhance the understanding of the needs, challenges, and opportunities within the this space.

Relationship Building:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key personnel, including procurement officers, department heads, and other relevant stakeholders within key healthcare accounts.

Customized Solutions:

Work closely with the internal teams to tailor solutions that address the specific requirements of our focal audience.

Qualifications:

3+ years of sales experience and/or related medical experience

Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the healthcare sector.

In-depth knowledge of the key focus areas surrounding wound care .

Strong communication and presentation skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Dynamic personality with a positive attitude that customers can genuinely feel

Ability to understand as well as communicate technical information and clinical concepts via telephone, in person and written documentation

Compensation:

This is a commission-based, independent contractor position (1099), with the potential for uncapped earnings based on performance.
