Hiring Roofing Sales Representative

We are looking to hire two experienced storm damage sales reps. If you know construction that is a bonus. We have hundreds of references and all the proven success to assist any sales rep for the limitless success. We are not looking for unexperienced sales people as are quality control commitment takes a minimum of 4 months of training to understand the business and be able to explain all details to customers.

We pay bonuses on all signed contracts and checks brought into the office. Easily make $100,000 or more if your a top performer. We have different payment options.

Responsibilities:

- Generate leads and build a network of potential customers through various channels, including door to door canvassing, business to business relationships, referrals, some leads provided

- Conduct thorough roof inspections to identify potential clients for roof/property damage.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Present and demonstrate our roofing products and services to potential customers, highlighting their unique features and benefits.

- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to the specific needs of each client.

- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable and mutually beneficial agreements.

- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure smooth communication and successful project execution.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

Requirements:

- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and secure deals.

- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Ability to work independently, with excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and industry regulations is a plus.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, preferably a truck.
