JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Store opening March 1, 2025 As a retail manager, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers to provide a positive shopping experience. We need to hire a manager ASAP to help us with setup and inventory. In addition, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Operating inventory management tasks, including inputting all inventory in POS System, receiving shipments and adjusting POS System with incoming products, conducting stock counts and match with POS count, re-ordering low stock items for store and reporting product discrepancies to owners for review.
2. Welcoming customers with friendly demeanor, offering product information, and assisting them in finding items.
3. Understanding and promoting current sales, promotions, and loyalty programs to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
4. Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring product areas meet merchandising standards.
5. Answering customer inquiries regarding products, store policies, and services, providing knowledgeable and helpful responses to enhance satisfaction.
6. Operating the point-of-sale (POS) system, processing payments, handling returns and managing customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
7. Supporting loss prevention efforts by monitoring the sales floor, reporting suspicious activity, and following security policies.
8. Creating programs and then collaborating with fellow team members to achieve sales targets, meet store goals, and contribute to a positive team environment.
9. As manager, ensuring that daily tasks align with store goals and standards.
Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications-
Must-have:
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and some holidays.
· Basic math skills for handling cash and managing sales transactions accurately.
· Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods, in alignment with the physical demands of retail work.
· A high school diploma or equivalent.
Nice-to-have:
· Previous experience in retail management, inventory control, sales, or customer service.
· Familiarity with POS systems and other retail technology.

Compensation:
Depending on experience!
-Base Salary with percentage of sales bonuses per month.
-Insurance and vacation days offered after trial period.
