We are seeking a skilled Maintenance HVAC Technician for our north county Multifamily Apartment Complex. The applicant must be motivated, a self-starter, honest, have a good work ethic, work well with others, good customer service skills with our residents, staff and vendors, as well as a neat & clean appearance.
Job Duties will include but not limited to:
General Maintenance
HVAC Repair
Appliance Repair
Plumbing and Electrical
Make Readies
Drywall
Carpentry
On Call (Rotating)
Experience:
Applicant must have at least 2 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance.
Applicant must have proven ability to properly diagnose and complete required maintenance request.
Proficient with power and hand tools
Apartment Make Readies.
Plumbing (CPVC Piping)
Certification: HVAC EPA TYPE 1&2 and ELECTRICAL
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Must have dependable transportation and be able to pass drug screening and a pre-employment background check.
