Fred W. Ahlemeier Co. is seeking a Leasing Agent for a multi-family property in the Saint Ann, St. Charles MO area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Community including managing resident concerns, complaints, and emergencies.
Leasing of apartments to ensure compliance with lease agreement and company policies.
Perform lease renewals with current residents at the company time frame.
Respond to resident concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure the safety and well-being of residents.
Maintain effective communication with the Marketing Manager to ensure that marketing goals are met.
Respond to resident inquiries regarding community policy changes, notices, and access control changes.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management or by Director of Operations.
Qualifications: Minimum of one year experience in leasing agent preferred; Experience in multi-family or senior living preferred.
