Looking for a personal assistant to help with car dealership and real estate business.
Duties include:
Showing properties to potential renters
Handling tenant inquiries and concerns
Posting properties online
Light maintenance (Furnace filters, light bulbs, etc)
Taking and posting pictures of cars online
Answering incoming calls at dealership
This is a part time/full time position at 35-40 hours per week. Flexible hours. No Sundays or holidays. Starting pay is $15 per hour with bonus opportunities. Must be computer savvy and have office/clerical experience.
