About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and skilled in bookkeeping and administrative support. This is in a home-based office. We are a growing company looking to add another experienced person to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using QuickBooks.
- Create and manage spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel
- Communicate professionally with customers by phone and email.
- File and organize physical and digital documents.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the office team.
Requirements:
- QuickBooks Certification (Required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel ( Required)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Prior Experience in an administrative and bookkeeping role.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
