Job Title: Financial Advisory Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

Walker Wealth Management is on the lookout for an energetic and proactive Administrative Assistant to join my team on a part-time basis. We're a client-focused financial advisory firm dedicated to delivering personalized financial planning and investment strategies. This role offers the flexibility to work from home, making it ideal for someone who values a balance between professional responsibilities and personal life. This role will likely only be temporay for 4 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to our financial advisors, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, calendar management, and handling client documentation.
Act as the initial contact point for our valued clients, ensuring top-tier customer service via phone and email.
Assist in the creation and distribution of client reports, presentations, and summaries.
Oversee office supplies and liaise with vendors as necessary.
Enhance client communication efforts through the drafting of emails and newsletters.
Aid in optimizing our administrative processes and client experience.
Requirements:
Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
Exceptional communication abilities and a positive, energetic demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software.
Previous administrative experience in a financial services or similar environment is preferred, demonstrating an ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced settings.
