Looking for a salaried Manufacturing Supervisor with at least 5 years of supervisory experience in a very demanding environment with a 10–12-man crew.
Military experience is definitely a plus.
Must be able to work 4 ten hour shifts. The first shift starts out at 430a-3:30pm, The second shift is 4pm-230am.
Must be proficient in computers and Word and Excel. Quick to learn Data entry.
Must be able to conduct monthly safety meetings and ensure all safety rules and regulations are being followed.
Mechanically inclined is definitely a plus.
Must be able to order tasks and enforce operating procedures for the crew assigned to you.
Must be accustomed to working in a union shop.
