Position Title: Machine Operator - Mixer

Wage: $19.00 per hour

Shift: 2nd

Hours: 2:30pm-11:00pm (Mon-Fri)

We're looking for a dependable, detail-driven professional to take charge of blending raw materials to exact customer specs, packaging top-quality finished goods, and keeping every step documented to perfection. Machine Operator - Mixer Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Operate blending equipment safely and efficiently.

- Set up batches in accordance with production schedules and recipes.

- Measure and scale micro ingredients accurately.

- Follow detailed mixing instructions to meet customer and company specifications.

- Perform cut-and-dump procedures to produce consistent, high-quality batches.

- Complete all required production paperwork accurately and on time.

- Conduct quality checks on materials and equipment before and during use.

- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately to support traceability and quality standards.

- Ensure no product is placed on hold due to deviation from specifications.

- Verify label accuracy against production paperwork.

- Properly label and fill packaging materials with finished product.

- Seal, palletize, and prepare products for transfer to the warehouse.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

- Dispose of used packaging and materials appropriately.

- Perform routine sweeping and dusting to minimize contamination risk.

- Assist in training new team members as needed.

- Serve as a backup for other blending roles when required.

- Support supervisors with any additional tasks related to production projects.

- Ensure daily responsibilities support all food safety protocols and align with the SQF (Safe Quality Food) Code.

- Follow company standards to maintain compliance with quality and safety requirements.
