Adams & Martin Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal in St. Louis, MO. The successful candidate will support attorneys by preparing legal documents, conducting research, maintaining files, and managing case calendars. The paralegal will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of the legal department and providing quality service to clients.Title: Paralegal Type: Direct Hire/PermanentLocation: St. Louis, MO - on-siteSchedule: Monday - Friday; Standard hours of businessCompensation: $50,000 - $60,000 (flexible upon experience)Benefits: Health/Dental/Vision/401(k)/PTO/Holidays etc.Key Responsibilities:Draft and proofread legal documents including contracts, pleadings, affidavits, and discovery materialsConduct legal research and gather relevant case law and regulationsOrganize and maintain physical and electronic case filesAssist in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositionsFile documents with state and federal courtsSummarize depositions, interrogatories, and testimonyCommunicate with clients, witnesses, and outside counselMonitor and manage case calendars, deadlines, and appointmentsPerform administrative tasks such as billing, data entry, and correspondenceQualifications:2+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant Strong understanding of legal terminology and proceduresExcellent research, writing, and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management softwareHigh level of discretion and confidentialityAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
