Civil Defense Litigation Attorney

A litigation boutique of 170 employees, has an opportunity for someone with experience in general liability with 1-3 years experience in all phases of insurance defense. The ideal candidate must be licensed in Missouri and Illinois, have excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong advocacy skills.Duties and Responsibilities:Manage file through litigation process.Conduct fact investigation.Assist with document production and other discovery tasks.Preparation of witness for deposition.Taking and defending a deposition.Review and summarize medical records.Assist with juror research.Assist with court hearing preparation.Trial preparation and attendance.The firm values work/life integration, professional development, and maintaining a great place to work.
