ABA Ventures is seeking crew members to work at least 21 days on the road and then take a week off, with the option of working straight through as long as you like. Most people will be given a truck and company card. Fuel, hotels, tools, supplies, vehicle maintenance for work are all paid for by the company.
About the Job
The ideal candidate would be teachable, hard working, possess a sense of urgency, be detail oriented, have good time management skills, arrive on time, and be looking to work the next 1-4 years. Long-term commitment is preferred but we can do “part-time”ears. We have a niche in this industry, and we need workers who are self driven, eager to learn, and have a desire to grow with our company. Can just be a general worker or be a crew lead/foreman.
Ability to safely lift 130 lbs
Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks in all types of weather, physical fitness is paramount.
Reading construction documents, clearly explain and delegate tasks to crews, in order to perform installations per all customer requirements.
Scheduling and reviewing assigned crews and adhering to project schedules
Adhering to all Company and industry (i.e., OSHA, NATE) standards/regulations
Ability to travel and work outside of normal business hours to include nights, weekends, or holidays.
Desire to succeed and learn new skills.
Commitment to excellence and high standards.
Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams.
Acute attention to detail.
Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions.

Job Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
Possession of a valid driver's license and good driving record
Pass a drug test
Pass a background check
OSHA 10, CPR and First Aid certifications required
Possession of a smartphone and ability to use apps, websites and spreadsheets. Take, send and receive time and date stamped photos.
Preferred:
Working knowledge of hand tools, mechanical equipment, and electro-mechanical equipment
Experience driving a pickup truck and/or pulling a trailer
Heavy equipment experience(excavator and skid steer, forklift)
Knowledge of telecom industry/cellphone towers
General contracting/construction/Manual labor experience
OSHA 30 certified
