SMART-TARP is the Nations highest volume shrink wrap roof company. We are looking to bring on at least 8 installers immediately.
Qualifications:
Must have experience working on roofs and ladders. If you do not have experience working off of at least 32' ladders, then do not apply.
Must have own transportation
Must not be afraid of heights ( you will be working on roofs )
Must be able to lift at least 60 pounds
Must be willing to work 10 hour days
Must have a bank account for direct deposit
If you do not have experience it is okay. We train on the job to make sure you are safe and knowledgeable.

Pay starts at $20/hr based on experience. We pay time and a half over 40 hours and we average 60 hours/week
