Missouri, St louis, 63011 St louis USA
Aplica ya

Hi,

I own a small, highly reputable, residential general contracting company located off Highway 141 and Big Bend.

We do work mainly West of 270, North of Hwy 44, and Up to and including Chesterfield, and as far West as Wildwood.

We do most of the work ourselves, and only sub-out certain jobs like flatwork.

I am looking to hire 1 General Laborer, Part-Time at first, and can work you in to Full-Time.

You will work as a 1099 (Not W-2) for the first 2 months. If you are still working with us, you can choose to go W-2 as an employee.

REQUIREMENTS:

Showing up for work on time, every day that you are scheduled.

Must have reliable transportation.

Attention to detail.

Be able to learn to produce Quality results.

Staying off your cell phone during work hours. You can do your cell stuff on breaks and lunch.

Not complaining or back talking (do I really need to say this? Yes). You'll be Let Go on the spot if this happens.

Ability to work well with others. If you talk negative about others, the client, other workers, management, or anyone, you will be Let Go.

PREFERRED: Prefer (but not necessary) that you have your own basic tools. (Tool belt, safety glasses, gloves, hammer, tape measure, drill and impact gun, etc).

Because we are General Contractors, we do most anything a client needs, but we are trying to focus on doing fewer, more specific projects. Decks, lap siding, 4x10 sheets of wood siding (80 pounds each), flooring; bathroom and kitchen remodels; move load bearing walls; exterior door and garage door installs, etc. We do NOT do much electric, plumbing, or drywall work. Some, but not much.

When you reply back, please list all the work you can do.

The number of years experience with each type of work.

Your level of experience with each type of work. EXAMPLE: Decks - "I've helped out as a laborer on 2 decks".

Or even "I don't know much about carpentry, but I am strong and I work hard, and I am willing to learn".

VERY IMPORTANT:

Tell me how soon you can start.

Do you have any Physical Disabilities or medical conditions.

What hourly rate are you seeking to begin. (If you prove yourself, I will easily and quickly bump your hourly rate up).

Please be patient and only email me 1 time. I ran an post like this last year and had HUNDREDS of people contact me.

I will respond back as soon as I can.

Thank you,

Steve - Owner of WestCo Contracting, Inc.
