We are seeking reliable, experienced siding subcontractors for residential and light commercial repairs and full replacements. If your team excels in high-quality finish work, maintains spotless and safe job sites, and communicates like professionals (daily updates, clear timelines), we want to partner with you. Projects involve vinyl, fiber cement, wood, or metal siding – must handle everything from demo/debris handling to final trim.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years in siding repairs/replacements, with proven expertise in weatherproofing, insulation integration, and code compliance (e.g., certified in James Hardie, CertainTeed, or similar).
High-quality finish: Seamless alignments, custom detailing, and durable results that wow clients. Provide photos/references of recent jobs.
Clean & safe site management: Daily cleanup, proper debris disposal, safety protocols (OSHA-compliant), and minimal disruption to homeowners.
Great communication: Responsive emails/texts, progress updates, change order handling, and collaborative attitude with our team.
Fully equipped: Your own tools, vehicles, and crew (2–4 people ideal). We supply materials; you bring the skills.
Insured (liability & workers’ comp), and bonded. Clean background and drug-free policy.
Project Details:
Typical scope: Remove damaged siding, repair substrate, install new with wraps/flashing, and finish with caulking/painting if needed.
Start dates flexible – current needs ASAP for 2–3 homes, more in pipeline.
Bidding: Submit per-project quotes based on sq footage/photos we’ll provide.
