Construction worker, handyman, with some skill

Looking for a person that can do a variety of things and have some construction skills for a small contracting business. Don't need to be experienced, just a fast learner and just some good common sense. We do concrete, asphalt, drainage work, landscaping, remolding, and so forth. What ever comes along.
